提倡服务的全程化和全员化，将服务理念和服务意识贯彻到每一个员工的心中，通过专业化的售前服务，与客户一体的售中服务，帮助客户排除故障及解决问题的售后服务等全程服务体系，确保服务过程的完美质量，提高企业的竞争力。公司有专职的客户服务部，另五大职能部门配合客服部，其中包括信息部、订单部为不同的客户解决不同的问题；客户服务部还具备专业的知识库和专业技术人员，可及时回答客户的问题；
全力构造“直接反馈、同步响应、系统联动”的客户服务系统，各一线人员及时将客户的问题即时传输给公司相关部门，各部门同时启动支持解决程序，并在充分沟通的基础上，第一时间制定整体解决方案，以最快的速度解决问题。
目前，公司在全国的各省市自治区均配备了专业的售后服务人员，对所有产品在全国范围内提供售后联保服务，让各地用户放心地享受到后期服务，保证将客户意见、故障报修等情况在第一时间内反馈到公司客户服务部。
